Iron Dragon VR: Iron Dragon coaster open from 4-8 p.m. from June 9th-September 4th with virtual reality headsets worn on the ride!
I got a chance to try Iron Dragon VR, and I thought it was okay.
I don’t want to give away everything, but I will say you’re in a wagon carrying something important that all villagers want and you won’t let them have it!
I have a few categories to rate the experience since my thoughts are very mixed.
They were very creative making this! It was very neat!
I thought the experience was okay, but I had a few problems with it:
- You saw the VR headset as if the ride was going backwards! The illusion on the VR headset made it feel like that which I didn’t like! -2 pts.
- After the ride, I felt very sick and dizzy. Good thing it was my last ride and I was leaving after that, because if I was planning on staying after I would have left. It ruined the rest of my day. – 5 pts.
Total: 13/20 = D 65% = Poor
I didn’t really enjoy the experience, and I will never try it again. I prefer Iron Dragon without VR. My suggestion is that if you get dizzy on roller coasters & rides, then you shouldn’t try this experience.
